acoustic love songs Frogs of Bolivia: Diversity of calls and colours

This is a potpourri of short videos of 23 different calling frogs found in the eastern lowlands of Bolivia. All videos were made at only one single spot, the Research Station "Chiquitos" in the Chiquitania (Hacienda San Sebastián). The area itself harbors more than 40 frog species. Most of the frog species are still understudied concerning their taxonomy (indicated by quotation marks in the species name in the video), and very few is known about the ecology of those species.
To close that gap is aim of several ongoing research projects in that area.
